Hi i was wondering if any of you Voip Gurus can help me out.
I need to build a phones system and this is what i need.
5 extentions 16 lines Rollover line 1 thur 16, with 16 back to 1 Hunt Group control
if all 5 extentions are busy Automatic attend and hold.
And i want it all to be Voip. with movil extentions. extention 1 can be in NY while extentions 3-5 be in CA.
Free extention to extention calling, and flat rate USA calling.
Does Vonage have a system like this.
Thank you in advance. |

Vonage doesn't do any PBX (or phone extensions options) yet... They said they've been working on a business solution, but its been a couple months since they told me that...
Vonage's Festures can do call hunting (rollover 1-16), but they can't do any extension calling yet... You could probably find what you need on http://www.virtualpbx.com/ . They're an all virtual PBX setup, so it might seem very possible to have what you call "mobile extensions".
Vonage has free minutes for in-network calls, so you're "extension to extension" calling will also be free (assuming they're both Vonage).
O yeah, you'll also need some awesome bandwidth to be handling 16 concurrent voice calls unless you set them lower than highest quality.
Anyone tested out http://www.virtualpbx.com/ yet? |
