Curious if anyone else is experiencing issues accessing the voicemail page on the Vonage dashboard. I'm getting the following error.

Yes, I've been having the same problem for over a month.
Emails to customer care have gone nowhere.
I've tried 3 different browsers, 4 different computers at different locations and changing my Vonage password with no success.
If anyone can help I would appreciate it. |

I have had this problem since Jan and have sent numerous emails and even talked to support about this. In the mean time I have changed my number and the problem still persists. It seems to have started when I had an email notification of new messages sent to my email address. Am still hoping that they are working on this and we will see an answer here or on the Vonage web site as a news item. |

try going in through the features section, then access voicemail. Also try disabling voicemail for 2 minutes, then re-enable it as ths will try and reset the script. |

i am having the same problem as described. i just did a search for this and seen this post from a while ago and wondering if anyone had figured out a cure? thanks |

I am also having the same problem but only on my softphone number.
I have tried disabling and then re-enabling voicemail but there was no change. Also tried changing the email settings but still get the error message.
As noted in an earlier post, the problem began when I changed the setting to start receiving email notifications. ??? |
