I have been using Vonage for the past 4 months and love all the extra services that are included.. I'm just waiting for about 3 months for Verizon to port my number to Vonage. Seems like they like to keep billing me for as long as they can. Soon, Very Soon I will be rid fo the Big Bell and never hope to return. Vonage works great for me. Headbang

I have called for Tech support two times and the were great. No long holds and solved my problems. Phone Call

I must say that my experience with Vonage has been very good. The few issues that I have had were actually with the ISP [Earthlink Broadband], not with Vonage. The biggest issue I have ever had is when I called people locally ( in my town ), they have complained of having trouble hearing me. {Long Distance calls have always been good.} But I made one call to customer service ( 2 minute hold time) it was resolved with an adjustment to the ATA.
