Post subject: Voice Mail Scheduled Greetings
Has anyone been able to figure out the cryptic voice mail system for scheduled greetings?
First that damn thing runs on GMT time and not your local time zone.
Second -
Vonage
gives ZERO samples on their so called HELP page.

This is the WORST unfriendly "interactive" device I've ever come across.
Anyone have suggestions for 2 greetings as follows
- Weekdays 8-5 Greeting 2
- all other times during weekday Greeting 1
- Weekends greeting 1 or default all day
Thanks

It tells you right at the bottom that it works off of GMT time and gives the time differences of the other time codes.
So if you want it from 8am-5pm EST than schedule it for 1pm to 10 pm in the setup.

That's not the question
I have been working in GMT time for years so conversion's not the issue - the issue is .... create a 2nd greeting and now see if you can figure out how to tell the VM server to operate as follows
- Weekdays 8-5 Greeting 2
- all other times during weekday Greeting 1
- Weekends greeting 1 or default all day
It complains of invalid times but does not tell you why they are invalid.
Very unfriendly

I'm trying to do the same thing.
I have two greetings.
The stupid thing asks for an ending time without asking for a START time. But even when i program both Greetings with an ending time, it asks for another greeting number.
Greeting 1: (Business Greeting)
Runs from 8am-6pm
Greeting 2: (Offline/Business Closed)
Runs from 6:01pm-7:59am
