I upgraded my account to 6MB download and 768k Upload. It cost $10 more a month. It didn't take right away. I had them reset my modem several times and test before I hung up the phone with them.
Since then, upload is no less than 700k. Download varies 4.5-8MB
i called them after i posted. apparently i already have the upgraded service. i have not done any testing to see if i am getting these speeds.. ill do it soo as i rememebr to run the test...
