Hey, if the loa hasn't been received they can send you a new one. Also, if you need help, since we use 3pv as loa provider and for forms, we can give you a eloa number and have you call them so they can assist you in filling it out. As for me, I cancelled my Vonage account because of one woman that didn't record anything from my call, and didn't give me the credit that I was promised. Two days later, the number transfer went through, which forced me to go back to Vonage. I now have a $5 credit, and a free month. It works which is the main thing.
