Well My studder tone came in this morning and works perfectly. Glad they finally fixed it! Now my VM Indicator light works!
To be honest...I personally never thought they were ignoring me....I received a response every time I emailed them and I was updated with a status that was not very descriptive but never the less it was probably accurate....So far I have been very impressed at their knowledge of their service as well as their responsiveness to problems. So far I have had 4-5 issues with my service and each one of them has been already fixed.

I'm still not receiving the stutter tone. I'm emailed Vonage, and they have said that it should be working now.... Oh well, looks like I don't get the stutter tone. |

Make sure that you don't have attachments turned on for VM notification. This marks the messages as Unread and you essentiall will never have new VM. Also verify that you have the proper ports forwarded. I think it was 69 and a few others.
If that doesn't work then give them a call and let them know. If it works for us it should work for you. |

I am now getting the stutter tone all the time, even when there aren't any new messages. Obviously things aren't totally fixed. |
