My LNP was finally completed tonight.
February 1, 2005 Awaiting Letter of Authorization February 14, 2005 Letter of Authorization (LOA) Received February 14, 2005 Transfer Sent to Carrier April 4, 2005 Carrier Approved Transfer April 6, 2005 Completed LNP Transfer
I had SBC in Illinois(Chicago). I didn't have to rally escalate it much, just some e-mails to the LNP department every couple of weeks after the 20 days were up.
The only problem through the whole thing was that my temp virtual number was outside of my local calling area and I had to get a new virtual number, which I was charged for, but got the charges reversed.
Good luck to all of you with SBC in ILL\IN\Mi. The LNP will happen, just be patient. |
