As of April 27, my caller id time is still an hour off. Does anyone know a solution to this?

I had the same issue. I called Tech support to fix, but all they did was log into the web interface and change the time zone to a different setting, wait 5 minutes, then change it back to the correct time zone. That fixed it.

They said it mostly affected people in the Midwest, at least that's what they told me, but doing the Time Zone change fixed it.

I called Vonage this afternoon, and the customer service representative seemed to be familiar with our problem.

He logged into my configuration, asked me the timezone of my residence, and stated that he updated my configuration with the correct timezone. He then asked me to power down/up everything so that the new configuration can update.

I was not at home when I made the call. I arrived home about 30 minutes later, dialed my Vonage number from my cell phone, reviewed the caller id time, and it was correct. I did NOT perform the powercycle as prescribed. Nonetheless, the problem appears to be corrected.

However, I would hope this is not required for every Vonage user.
