speed tests

i was wondering why is there such a BIG diffrence in the vonage speed test and the speed test on broadband reports.com I know that how far you are from the test server has some thing to do with it but this is a big diffrence

here are the results from vonage:

I was also getting horrible readings when doing the test via this forum. However, when I do test via testmy voip and other places it says same as a POTs line and I get excellent quality. I don't put a lot of faith in the voip tests here and have read if you have made other tweaks on your system it may give you low numbers on your speed tests.

this is how useless the vonage speed test is
i just tested witout being on the phone

results: down : 675kbps
up : 154kbps
qos : 90%
can support 0 calls

using testmyvoip.com on the phone while a test call to helsinki finland

4.8 out of 5.0 stated it was like calling next door

using speakeasy.net 4035mbps down
