PostPosted: Sun Apr 03, 2005 5:29 pm    Post subject: Caller ID Daylght Savings Time Reply with quote Back to top

Does anyone know how to change it so that caller ID shows the correct time for the daylight savings time change today? Anytime I receive a call, it records the time as the old time. Changing the time on the phone itself doesn't do any good as it reverts back to the caller ID stamped time when someone calls.

I looked at the RT312P2 and didn't see any settings in there. On Vonage's website, there is a time zone selection under account information but it doesn't say anything about daylight savings.

Any ideas here? In the past when using a landline, it changed automatically when someone called. Maybe Vonage has to do something on their end to fix it?

Mine is off to. I dont see anyway to fix it. I tried rebooting my RT etc and still off by an hour. It might be something Vonage has to address.

Just curious if you pulled the "phaser fix" out of port 2? I pulled mine out and unplugged the PAP2 and it's going crazy with downloads right now.

I tried rebooting my RT31P2 as well and I got the firmware update so it is now at 1.28.00. However, the time is still wrong.

It took a couple of received calls Sunday morning for my Caller ID to show the right time. By 10:30 a.m. the time was correct.

My caller ID is still not displaying the correct time as of 10:30 AM Tuesday. I have received many calls since 2:00AM Sunday!

If anyone finds the fix for this, please post it!

Thanks!
