Ok guys I am new to the Vonage service I been haven it for about 3 days now...Everything seems to work perfectly fine so before I bust out with the cigar and a bottle of don perinon and celebrate how good is the service I decide to put it to a stress test....

Here is what I did...
I Ran The Voip Speed Test from these site and ran the BBR Speed Test as well at the same time leeching of MIRC.
All these while I am on the phone talking to my brother who is a Vonage customer as well in Florida..
I did not experience no lag at all....Voice was clear and no drops at all...

at some point I experience an echo but it was minimal....

My setup is as Fallow...
Toshiba PCX2200 Cable Modem---->WRT54G----->RT31P.
My cable line Speeds average 4.8Mb Down and 386KBps Up.

Conclusion from Voip Speed Test.
4.86Mbps Down and 237KBps up.

Given your current Internet speeds, we estimate that your Internet connection can support a maximum of 3 simultaneous high quality Vonage® Voip connections.

ANd the BBR Speed Test using Megapath in CA:
763 Down and 384Up

To me these are grate results.

Those are regular test I am trying to stress the line while in the phone to see if I can experience any problem.. Smile
