Is the timestamp for caller id controlled by the phone adapter or by Vonage? My caller id timestamp is still showing 1 hour behind, it has not updated for daylight savings time. I checked my web based Linksys RT31P2 settings and it shows the correct time. I have also rebooted my cable modem and Linksys and the timestamp is still 1 hour behind.

I had noticed the same thing, because before it sent the correct date and time to my phone. Instead of trying to figure out why it was still behind I just reset the time on my phones.

I am having the same problem with the timestamp still being one hour behind. I try to change the time on my phones, but they all are reset to the wrong time when another call comes in and Caller ID has the wrong time.

Any fixes on the Linksys phone adapter, or should I just change the timezone on the phone adapter to fake it into thinking the right time?

Please note that the phaser fix of shorting the other port/plugging another phone into the other port and taking the phone off the hook can stop updates from being transferred to your device.

This issue definitely affected my PAP2. My PAP2 had not received a firmware rev. or 2 and did not update for the switch to DST even after power cycles. I decided to unplug all the phones from the PAP2 and power cycled and immediately got a new firmware version.

It did not fix my caller ID/DST issue, but this is reported to have fixed other people's caller ID time issue. I still had to call customer support in order to get the Caller ID time issue fixed.

Thanks to enigma91884 for fixing the time on my PAP2. Two unresponded to emails to CS had me frustrated, but he called my home and fixed it right away for me moments after I sent him a PM.

Have you checked the time zone on your account information page?

I am not certain whether this might cause an error in your caller id time.

Yes, I have even tried (suggested in one other thread) to change the time zone, wait 5 minutes and then change it back. That did not work.
