Vonage website "Features"

I sent Vonage the following message. Does anyone else agree that they need to improve this aspect of their website:

Hi. Just a suggestion: Once a customer logs into the Vonage website, a
comprehensive list of features and how to use them becomes unavailable. For example, once logged in this is the Features page:

https://secure.vonage.com/vonage-web/features/index.do

But it only has a few of the features available. If you click on Features
from the home page as a non-logged in user you go to this page:

http://www.vonage.com/features.php?refer_id=27400178

Much more helpful. It is a bit time-consuming and unnessesary as a Vonage customer to log out and hunt down the better Features page. For
example, there is no place on the customer features page that tells you how to do Repeat Dialing.

Or am I mistaken?

So far I got a message back saying they would forward this to the "technicians" to add to their "to do list." Seems to me it's a job for their web people. Anyway, I hope they fix it.

nice try with that refer link but my guess is that someone from the forum will remove that!

At first I didn't know what you meant but I see that the link does have refer in it. I'm not trying to get any credits or anything. Just trying to show that the "Features" link for customers and the features links for prospectives are different and the prospectives have access to more info than the customers. I don't think that's fair. I don't give a damn who get's referred and who gets the puny free month.
