On Thursday of last week, I received a voicemail that was blank, though the sender said that they left a message. It happened again today when a different person left me a voicemail, so now I'm thinking this might be some sort of issue.
Has anyone else seen this problem? I have had Vonage for almost 4 months and this is the first time I've had this problem.
I have not contacted support about this issue yet. Thank goodness for caller ID. At least I know who to call back.
