I currently have my Vonage box connected to a Linksys Wireless Router/AP. I have an internal Server that performs DHCP and a hardware firewall.

I do not have the greatest QoS.
Download 4,844,720 bps
Upload 128,536 bps
QOS 20%
RTT 46 ms
MaxPause 797 ms
And can only make a maximum of 1 High quality call.

Is there something I can configure on either of my routers to provide a better throughput? Does Vonage work on a particular port? The "Voice" option in the web GUI doesn't give me any options. It just tells me to contact my phone provider. I am thinking that maybe there would be something there I could configure to make the connection better. Because in another 3 weeks, I expect to have a second line up and running and I can't imagine what kind of phone calls we are going to have.....

you should specify exactly how your network is set up, it's not totally clear here. and give models too (like of your wireless router) so we know what you're working with.
router throughput is very high obviously, and that's not really what your "problem" is. you are limited to one so-called high quality Vonage line because of your upload bandwidth. you need to either buy more or find another provider that offers more if you need two lines (running at the same time). or you could bump the bandwidth saver down to 30 (maybe 50, but that's stretching it) in the Vonage dashboard. you definitely have enough bandwidth for 2 simultaneous calls if you set it at 30, but the quality may be lower. some people notice it, some don't. just give it a shot before you order another line.
and are you actually having problems with your first line, or are you just anticipating the potential problems with your second line? the linksys wrt54g series does offer QoS (different than the test measurement) which sounds more like the "tweak" you're looking for, but again, it's immaterial if your phone calls are good because you'll still be limited by your isp.

OK. Funny thing...after posting this message I did a bit more research regarding the connection placement of the Vonage box and I made a minor change. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. My issue is now different. My calls are clear now where as before the connection was very bad. Now my problem is, when I am on a call, I can not use the internet.....Here are my specs:

Connections
Linksys Vonage Router (RT31P2) connected to one of the ports on my Linksys wireless access point router (WRT54G). Another port on WRT54G connected to a Linksys 16 port Workgroup switch (EZXS16W).Another port on the WRT54G connection to a hardware firewall (Smoothwall) and the external connection of the firewall connecting to the Cablevision modem.

Configurations
NONE of the Linksys routers are configured for DHCP. I have a seperate DHCP server. The WRT54G is acting strictly as Default Gateway and the Wireless Access Point.

The only thing I changed to get the voice quality to sound good is before the Vonage router was connected to the switch. I moved that connection to the router and BOOM the quality got better. My issue now is it seems to be hogging ALL of the bandwidth and I am no longer able to browse the internet and be on an active call at the same time. Again, is there something I can Tweak to balance the QoS?

Thanks
