Post subject: Outoing Calls are not working
Hello,
I could not make any outgoing calls including *123 for voicemail, is there a way to check if my port is blocked or not. I did reset my
Vonage
router still no luck.
I tested incoming call and it seems to work.
I am using comcast cable.
Thanks

how's your internet connection? I too use Comcast, and tried to make a call tonight, but couldn't make one. I teseted my speed on the
Voip
test, and was getting between 500K, and 1.5Mbps. I called Comcast, and they were having some problems in my area, Northern Utah.

I unplugged the power and waited for 5 minutes. I also did reset, both didn't help.
Could you clarify what you mean by everything?

Oh...I just have a router on my home network with phone connected to it. I rebooted this and nothing happens, is there a way to reach
Vonage
customer service. I have been trying the customer service number which is no more than a long hold periods of 30 minutes or so.
