I posted a couple of complaints here a week or so ago about my Vonage number ringing at someone else's house. Turned out, that, since I am dumber than a box of rocks, I had transposed a couple of numbers when I sent the email telling my friends and family about my new phone number. Fixed that, and the service works fine, although I don't always get notified about voice mails.
Also, my one call to Vonage customer service was picked up immediately (after I went through the button pushing) and the rep was friendly and helpful. (I called about 8:30 AM EST on a Saturday.)
Sorry about the mixup.
