The Sipura SPA-3000 is an ATA that can be plugged in to a conventional phone line and could provide these additional features not currently possible with Vonage:
* Automatic failover to the POTS (conventional phone line) if the internet connection fails
* Automatically route 911 calls to the POTS line
* Can be configured to use a dial prefix to make a call use the POTS line instead of VoIP (especially useful to those of us with Dish recievers that are unable to dial out on a Vonage line)
