Would be great to have multiple voicemail boxes for each line.
Would be nice to be able to upload greetings, listen to greetings and schedule greetings from the web interface. I'd like to mix up some cool greetings on my PC! |

I agree, I was thinking the same thing the other day. I would like to be able to upload something for my greeting, but the only way I can think of doing it, is to record it from my speakers. |

Yes, uploading a WAV or MP3 would be great. Also, maybe bring all the functions of the voice mail system to the website (Setting up the greetings, timed messages, etc...) |

Yes, exactly right. A web interface is actually how I assumed it would be. Way back in 1995 I had a PC-based phone mail card that had a cool interface, multiple mailboxes, etc. It would handle two lines. We've come a long way, haven't we?

Yes, I really would like this feature added - the ability to upload your own custom greeting via a wave, aif or mp3 file. Doesn't seem like it should be too hard since we can retrieve the voicemail messages via the web. |

I too would like this feature. I've been searching everywhere to do this, and just thought to check the forums. Yes I was disappointed. |

Our home phone service costs $25 per month, but my wife's office bill is $250 per month and the only thing it gives her is multiple voicemail boxes. I'm amazed that the Vonage Business accounts don't offer this feature. I mean what business doesn't need multiple boxes? We would switch today, but have to have that feature. We'd gladly pay an extra $5 per month per additional mailbox. It seems to me that there must be thousands of businesses out there holding out for the same thing. Come on Vonage, we want to give you our money! |

Has anyone else ever wanted to have the sorting of voice mail messages reversed so that you can hear your most recent messages first as opposed to the other way around? Right now if you have a chunk of messages in there and you get a new one you have to hit the # button on your phone to get to the end of the list to know who just finished leaving a message. Love to know who else wants to see this change. |
