Bah.
Since setting port forwarding, it works sometimes, but not all of the time.
First, I called my Vonage line and went to voicemail Next, I called my pots line fron Vonage and that direction worked (always does) Then, I called Vonage again and it picked up this time.
Could it be my ATA? |

Jeez.
Lost incoming calls again today. When I got home I found that my computer was also offline.
I was unable to get incoming calls even with port forwarding turned on for the relevant ports, so I put Vonage outside my router again. Anyway, it seems that the Vonage (motorola) ATA crapped out and I had to unplug it and let it restart to get online with my computer OR make phone calls.
I am not at all impressed with the Motorola ATA at this point. Time is money for all of us, and as much as I want $35 phone service, I have been having daily outages.

I also checked with customer service and I do have the latest firmware update. |
