I've been a Vonage customer since December 04. I've been mostly happy with the quality of service, however not the customer care. I emailed Vonage 2 or 3 times back in January and got very vague responses or a question back that was already answered in my first email to them. I figure this is typical with most CS reps these days, but recently I've emailed 7 times, and even responding to their auto-response so that it should get to a human, and I've yet to receive ANY response back.. Are they just deleting these emails? Is there 1 rep in the entire company working emails? Has anyone else had such an issue with their customer service email? I find this totally unacceptable. |

Thanks for the heads up.
1) That's sad.
2) I have searched the forums, I found relatively few people complaining specifically of poor email support. Perhaps I didn't dig far enough.
3) My first question to them pertained to being added to the LIDB database so that Vonage Holdings wasn't passed to everyone I called. My subsequent emails were about upgrading the firmware on my Linksys PAP2 to the latest firmware. |

3) Please detail - be very specific.
Both of your issues have been discussed in detail on this forum, both would require two seperate titles/posts.
