Post subject: Network Availability Forwarding
Has anyone had a problem with this? My power is out at home and it is not forwarding to the designated cell. When I log into my dashboard, it shows the proper number, but with a "1" in front of the cell number. The screen also says to enter in a xxxyyyzzzz format, but it will not allow me to remove the "1". When I call the
Vonage
number, I get a fast busy instead of the cell.
Any suggestions? I already emailed
Vonage
as I refuse to wait 45 minutes.

Post subject: Network Availability Number Transfer - Not Working
I just had the same issue a couple of minutes ago... My Motorola ATA was offline and calls were being transferred to my voicemail instead of my Network Availability Number.
Anyone have any suggestions? I'm trying to get a hold of Technical Support, but without much luck.

I talked with
Vonage
tech support and they said that the ATA must be offline for 30-90 some minutes before calls will begin to transfer to your Network Availability Number. Doesn't make much since to have to wait that long....why can't they transfer the call to the network availability number when their servers try to send a call to you but get no response from your ATA?
