Chuck, My phone has been working well using the highest quality setting. I have pretty much left my entire setup in the default settings and it has worked pretty well.
I must note that I am not a heavy web user - I'm typically downloading much more than I am uploading (and I really don't download much compared to some people), so I haven't experienced any bandwidth issues.
I'm also using a basic hardware setup - Cable modem hooked to Netgear 4 port router which runs my ATA and my home computer and sometimes my laptop from work. My biggest problem seems to be the Netgear router - sometimes it just quits transferring data back and forth for some unknown reason...
