All I can say is good luck to them. But I doubt it will be successful; getting Vonage to work will be above the capacity of most of the shack's customers .

You can now get it in Best Buy's brick-and-mortar store, probably at the others', too.
You should know that the retail option is subject to different rules from the "I ordered it directly form Vonage online" option. For example, retail customers get a longer "Money-back guarantee" trial period with more minutes to try out Vonage (However, the actual rate plans are the same, to my knowledge).
