Post subject: Calls to other Vonage subscribers - poor quality
I have been a
Vonage
subscriber for about 5 months with good success until recently. I place regular calls to other
Vonage
subscribers and there is generally a one way audio problem. Sometimes they cannot here me at all, other times the voice breaks up a lot and they cannot understand me. During this time I can always here the other part fine. The problem is always on my side regardless if I place or receive the call. I call other landline or cell phones and conversation is almost always perfect for both sides. My ISP is Comcast HSI - Philadelphia suburbs and the calls are either to other Comcast subcribers or Cablevision.
Any ideas?
