Post subject: Dialing London Virtual number from Dorset
My wife and I are in the US. My mother-in-law recently retired to Dorset. We got a London virtual number so my mother-in-law could easily reach us but it doesn't seem to be working.
How should she dial us "in London?"
The number we were assigned is 020-7078-XXXX
We were also given 442 0 7078-XXXX which I think is what you would call dialing internationally.
How can she reach us or is the VPN not working?
Anyone know?

you mother in law should be able to call you by dialing this format 0207 078 xxxx if she still has difficulty getting through try
Vonage
customer service get them to look into its maybe not been set up correctly.
you could also check to see if your mother in law has any types of call barring options on her phone line as i know BT had the option to block calling mobile numbers from your line years ago but this option also blocked national calling to
another might be the carrier which supplies
Vonage
with the uk numbers might be experiencing some problems with their 0207 platform.
Cheers
