I've just got my router today. It's a Linksys RT31P2. The way I connect it is: Cox Cable Internet -> Toshiba PCX2200 -> Linksys RT31P2 -> PC
Connection Speed: Download 4,161,328 bps Upload 503,832 bps QOS 98% RTT 22 ms MaxPause 16 ms
Whenever I call somebody, they said I sounded very far away. Although the sound is clear, but it is very soft and low. I have two questions:
. Is there anyway to fix this ? . Is it true that Vonage offers 14 days Money Back Guarantee ?[/i] |

Yes, Call Tech Support and tell them. They can elevate your outbound power level. Several members here had the same issue and it has been resolved.
FX Gain I think they call it. When they adjust it have them call you back and test it out. |

...and yes, there is a 14 day money back guarantee. However, the 14 days starts when you place your order, if you ordered via the Internet. Otherwise, it starts the day you bought it. |
