Hi all,
Well, I'm just trying to configure my Vonage service here in Mexico, not so long ago, I was able to do some calls using the softphone software with no problems, but a few days ago, probably a week, i can connect and I can talk for about 30 secs, then i lost communication (i dont hear and people cant hear me).
Well, I just get my router and i already configure it, but i notice a few things here....
1. I'm not able to see the vonage.com site while i'm using a PC, but i can see it normally from my Mac.
2. Last night I did a tests using my softphone line with no probelms from home, using the same service provider (telmex), but again, i can´t talk from my office.
3. When i click on the Voice tab on my routher admin, it says: "Please contact your service provider for further information."
4. Checking the line status also on the router config, it says: " Registration Status: Call1 Status: Call2 Status:"
I'm using Infinitum from Telmex here in Monterrey, Mexico. I'm wondering if i need to do a port forwarding or if i'm missing something. Instructions to seup the router seems very clear and easy to start making phone calls, however, i'm still not able to do it.
