Vonage temporary voice interruption -> no big deal....what's really got me annoyed is that the bakery in the lobby downstairs it all out of the fudge brownies that I like as an afternoon snack.  |

My service announcements on my Vonage account page says there are no service announcements at this time...
There was one on there last night about not being able to make outbound calls, but that isn't there anymore.

So a full day of customers not getting through or being told that "the number you have reached is not in service" is worth $1.66 credit? That's not "totally resonable" to me. |
