Hey everyone....
I installed my Click 2 Call software from the site yesterday, and then again today. It won't work, I put in my username and pw and it says something about an 'internal error'. Has anyone else ever had this problem???

Yes, the error is there, true. Just ignore it. Click-2-Call will work as advertised. It does for me. Tech Support had little to say about it, except "Continue with the installation". There you go. |

I can't ignore it! It won't let me passed the sign in screen. After I sign in and hit the button, I get that error message, and then it brings me right to the sign in screen again. It won't let me get passed it! |

Try entering your username is all lowercase letters. This resolved the issue for me.

Glad I could help, and I'm a man for what it's worth. This problem drove me crazy for about 2 weeks That's how long it took Vonage to reply to my e-mail about it. At least they replied to that one, unlike some others. But anyway since I have gotten it working, I don't use it that much anyway. I think the program has potential but there is definitely room for improvement.
I wonder how many others have tried it and gave up on it for this issue.

I have the 500 minute plan and noticed that if I use click 2 call it charges me a minute to "call me" that my call is ready to go through. I stopped using it because of that. |
