When Vonage screws up, they deserve to know it.
Likewise when they do great they also deserve to know it.
Been a customer since jan 03. This AM was the SHORTEST hold time ever.

I KNOW customer service has improved...
11 minutes on hold on Monday... although question not resolved.
8 minutes on hold Tuesday... question resolved.
This is a big improvement over the past. They must have hired more CSRs! |

I must have called at "the right time!"
It was about mid-morning both times, so maybe it is a slow time for Vonage customer service. |
