http://192.168.15.1 brings up a blank page

Unable to Access Web-based Utility:
1) IE Tools to Internet Options to Connection Tab to LAN Settings to Disable “Automatic Detect Settings”
2) With IE or Netscape
a) Click “File”. Make sure “Work Offline is NOT checked”.
b) Press CTRL + F5. This is a hard refresh, which will force Windows Explorer to load new webpages, not cached ones.
C) Click TOOLS. Click INTERNET OPTIONS. Click the SECURITY tab. Click the DEFAULT LEVEL button. Make sure the security level is medium or lower. Then click the OK button.

i have spent hours trying to connect to the website that Vonage gives to configure the router service: http://192.168.15.1

It just doesn't work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can anyone help me?

Be more specific. Like what browser you are using and what you get on the creen when you connect to http://192.168.15.1. You should see initilal setup screen of the router. Try hard resetting the router.
