When I go to the dashboard it states "No Voicemail boxes found for your account" Has anyone else had this problem? I click on enable voicemail under "Features > Voicemail Settings" Still no luck though. Should I contact them and tell them they need to turn it on or is there any way I can do it my self. Could any of the Vonage reps here do it for me if I pm the info? |

No. You'll need to call tech support and have them provision your voice mailbox. Sounds like something got missed when they set up your account. |

You are not the first to be caught by the inconsistencies of the Vonage help knowledge base. Not only must you enable voicemail at the dashboard, you must enable it at the telephone. Now, assuming that you have taken care of the dashboard, here is how to enable the phone:

Personally, I find these directions dizzying. If I may suggest, after you get your voicemail working, print out the flow chart to the system. It is a lot more expressive on how it works than the document I just gave you. Good luck. |

Thanks, I will try those steps and see if I am able to get it working that way. |
