Post subject: Losing Internet on Wired PC but not on Wireless
I just got my RT31P2 in the mail and had it set up. I've made a few calls (including international) and have been pretty pleased with the quality.
But I seem to be losing internet connectivity on my wired PC when I am on a call, while my wireless laptop experiences no issues.
My setup is as follows: Toshiba Modem -> BEFW11S4 -> RT31P2 -> Phone.
The wired desktop is attached to the BEFW11S4 router and I plugged a CAT5 from an available port on the BEFW11S4 into the internet port on the RT31P2.
My ISP is Roadrunned in NYC.
Any suggestions/help/comments appreciated!!!

You may have to adjust the Port Based Quality Of Service to a Higher Priority on the LAN Port in which you have your computer plugged into.
Just for reference on your setup,
Vonage
recommends hookup as you've got it:

Post subject: Got it Working!!
Ok..this is what I ultimately ended up doing since my old BEFW11S4 doesn't have that QoS settings:
1. Plugged cable modem to Phone Adapter (RT31P2)
2. Used Port 1 on RT31P2 and plugged it into Port 1 on Wireless Router (BEFW11S4)
I made the following changes on the BEFW11S4 Wireless router:
- Changed it from Gateway to Router
- Disabled DHCP
- IP for this device was changed to 192.168.15.2
The following are changes on RT31P2:
-Enabled DHCP
-IP for this device is 192.168.15.1
-QoS for Port 1 set to High - Enable - 8M
That's about all I changed. Thanks!
