My visa check card was declined and I didn't get it straightened out until after I got suspended. I went and logged in to my account on the web like the email said and resubmitted so Vonage would charge my card. It charged it and I got the email saying I have been reactivated and I got the email stating the amount charged. My web account says active now. I was able to make and receive calls that day march 17th. The next day I was able to receive calls but when I made a call it would say "your account has been suspended, please log in to your web account to reprocess your payment" and gives a code 0103. I logged into my web account and it says I am active and doesn't give me an option to reprocess. I called tech support from my girlfriends house last night,after about 10 minutes I got somone and they said my account is active and paid up and everything should work. They said they would transfer me to someone who could help me, they then transfered me to someone else another 30 minute wait. They said the same thing and put me on hold again, a few minutes later told me that the pap2 needed to be reset. He said when I get home to hit * * * * then hit 73738# and then follow the prompts and it would reset it. It asked for a password which I didn't have. After searching the internet I found out what the password was and was able to complete the reset, but it still says I am suspended. I can receive calls so if someone in support wanted to call and troubleshoot this I can PM my phone number to them, I just can't afford spending 10-15 dollars on my cell phone everytime I call support. Also I don't have any friends or family that live within an hour of me to use their phone. Thanks in advance.

I don't know if any of these methods will work to contact customer service, but you could try them.

If you have a microphone and speakers for your computer you could try using one of the free Voip services to place a call to the toll free customer support line.

If you can receive incoming calls you could try making the call using Click2Call.

The click2call didn't work, funny thing is I can call from my cell phone to my number and it goes through. I can't use the cell phone to call tech support because there is only 30 cents left on it from the last time I called tech support. Do you know of any of them free internet call services I could try, there is so many and most are BS or are free if you call from their proprietary instant messenger to someone who has that same proprietary messenger.

well a download, install, and 50 minutes of hold time later and I got through to someone in tech support using a free pc to phone service and they had to escalate my issue to an engineer. Hopefully I will get an answer soon. They said they will call back later today, I hope they keep their word. So far I have wasted 1 1/2 hours of my life on hold for this issue.
