I have e-mailed customer service (end then re-emailed to allegedly open a trouble ticket). I have also faxed customer service.
So far, no response. Do I really need to sit on hold to talk to someone? |

pretty much. I got some replies recently from Vonage email (after doing the re-email thing) and it turned out to be customer care as opposed to tech support, and they couldn't help me. I selected tech support in the email field, so not sure how that happened. |

Yes. Mail isn't going to do the trick. Call in the morning before 9am or try your luck during the day. Some folks have gotten thru with 10 minutes or less of hold time. |

And some folks have wasted hours on end on hold and still didn't get a trouble ticket opened. Be sure you don't just end up with customer service and a promise for tech support to call back. That happened to me twice and then I was told they had no record of my problem. Make sure you're persistent and get to tech support and get them to assign an incident number - or you're just wasting your time. |
