I really hate Private callers and unknown callers...especially those who do not say anything when you answer. Oh Vonage really needs to implement this feature like ASAP.

[ADMIN EDIT] has it and they are cheaper than Vonage. Their customer service
is much more responsive. I just went with Voange and I have spent
over an hour at a clip trying to get help from them. Their customer service is terrible.



Contact me if you would like to know who has it and is cheaper.

I am a paying customer - albeit not for long. The customer service is horrendous.
I had referred friends to Vonage when I heard about it. However after trying o get help.II had to stop them. I spend hours trying to get through to customer service to no avail and then I found the competition has ACR. and answers their phones.

I'm on a port list now to the competition.'

Hi, I'm new to the forum and read your post. I'm also looking for an ACR feature, as well as the ability to do fax using my PC (instead of fax machine). Which Vonage competitor do you recommend (the website admin edited it out)?

Hopefully ACR is very high on their implementation list. Currently, if someone starts to harrass me by phone, my only option is to cancel my phone service.

Interesting how a Vonage Moderator will step in to censor a post, but no one from Vonage will come forward and address the issue.
Roll out ACR or tell us that you won't. The years of "maybe soon" wear thin.

Vonage Employees rarely post on feature releases, normally only on firmware updates.

That is strange to censor a post. I can see if it had harsh language but to do so because of this is a little ridiculous.

Currently I like Vonage but I'm seriously thinking about switching over to another Voip provider because I'm getting a lot of anonymous, private and 999-999-9999 calls and right now Vonage doesn't have anonymous call rejection or do not disturb as a feature on its service. Sad

I've called customer service and I'm on hold forever and no response to the emails I've sent. Hopefully within the next 30 days Vonage will add these features before I switch over.
