Anonymous call rejection and call blocking would be nice, I am looking forward for those features.

I agree. It would be great if the Dashboard or Activity page had a check box for "Block This Number" so that you could instantly disable calls from specific numbers. A feature to block anonymous or blocked numbers would also be nice. I had it on my old POTS line and I really miss it.

I posted this message in another forum, but...
I just contacted customer care where I spoke to a Customer Service representative named "Keno." I asked him IF and WHEN ACR was going to be implemented, and he put me on hold, contacted his supervisor, came back to the call and said, "If you want to know when this will be offered, call back on Monday or Tuesday and we will have a date!"
For further confirmation I asked for the name of his supervisor, whose name is Bob Perry.
I got the entire conversation on tape.
BTW, they answered very quickly. I was not on the phone longer than 15 minutes.

No, never noticed how many beeps with call waiting.

The local PSTN here has an ala cart feature where you add the offending phone number to a list with a maximum of 10. Sort of a black list you might say. Those numbers receive a PSTN generated message saying that their call is not welcome. There are a few people that I would not care to hear from and look forward to this feature becoming fact.

Why is implementing ACR such a problem for Vonage? Lingo has it and they also charge only $19.95 unlimited, $5 less than Vonage per month. I have more anonymous calls now than ever before. I'm about ready to switch to Lingo. Another issue that bugs me is the lack of customer service with Vonage, I was on hold for 1 hour than someone answered and hung up on me. Very frustrating. Twisted Evil If they don't change things fast they will lose valuable customers.
