Post subject: NE Ohio Service Interruption?
My wife just called from her cell phone indicating she had no dial tone.
Had her check the router - power and internet (WAN), but no Phone 1 LED.
Reset has no affect.
Anyone else?

Nothing in Dashboard when I log in.
614 is Columbus area, I'm 330 (Akron).
Time Warner Road Runner - Business Class 512k/5m
WRT54GS is gateway, RT31P2 is behind that with QoS enabled on WRT54GS.
