well, today marks my 21st business day (according to the calendar). no port! argh! when i contacted vonage, i got, give it a calendar month. well, if i was supposed to wait a calendar month, why did you say 20 business days? <i am very frustrated>
i was able to call vonage and get a tentative date of 3-17; however the carrier (paetec) was unable to confirm receipt of transfer request papers. verizon, my local line provider, has no request pending, and vonage just keeps telling me to wait until the 17th
yes, i know its only 3-4 days away - but thats just unacceptable. knowing what everyone else has experienced - i know it wont happen - i just know it! i wish i could have a job where i screwed up and didnt meet expectations, deadlines, or goals.
i am going to file my complaints to the necessary boards. i think it is only fair. i have already contacted citron and the other emails floating around - that is how i got the tentative dates.
good luck to everyone else. i just had to vent my frustration with this whole process. its not right - on so many levels :evil:
