If there is anybody from Vonage reading this: Please remove the Softphone line from my account! I have been trying for a month to get that removed, and can't get to anybody! BUSY! BUSY! BUSY! I called (1-866-243-4357) and1-732-650-6699 to no avail! I called 1-800-860-5491, it's BUSY! I sent emails and I sent faxes, nothing happened!

And yet I was charged for this thing another 9.99! I DON'T WANT IT! I would like to get that line removed (just the softphone) and my money refunded back to me including the activation fee.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I am fairly certain you can do this yourself in dashboard.
