edward2, I hope this isn't bad form to post this here, but send your email to dslreports@vonage.com. I had a ringing issue (the lights on my 2 handsets and base would light up as soon as a call came in, but the number of rings I heard was unpredictable). I got a response within 3 hrs. and they stayed right on top of it with me (5 days) until we got it completely resolved. My customer service experience with Vonage has been great. Hope this helps. |

Thanks everybody. I emailed Vonage about the problem like bbtrumpetguy suggested, and it appears that the problem is fixed now. I'm not sure what they set the timing to, but now the phones will hold a charge.  |
