I have sent 9 emails and called numerous times for customer support and I get nothing but automated response and no reply to my mail. I don't understand how this company expects to survive with no customer support? I need to talk to someone because my number transfer has not gone through and I am paying two phone bills. I switched to save money not spend more!!!! Please tell me how I can get some support. |

I want to keep my existing phone number. Vonage asked me to fill out the paper work, which I did. They confirmed receipt of my paperwork. According to the email I received they had sent notice to my service provider to transfer the number and disconnect my service. Three months later I still have service and I am paying two bills. I still cannot take calls from my existing number I have to use the temporary Vonage number. When you sign up for Vonage they say this process take 20 days not more than 90! |

Some contain useful information. At the very least, I believe you will gain an understanding of the process and the issues that seem to cause delays. |

I will have a look. I am still very upset that I cannot speak with a customer service rep, nor can I get even a single reponse to my emails. I think Vonage should stop advertising until they can get a decent customer service department together. If they have good customer service that person will tell a friend, if they have bad service that person will tell everyone. If things don't change very quickly for me I will not be switching my business phones to Vonage. |

Hello,
I feel your pain! I lived it. It took 10 months of paying 2 phone bills before my number was transferred. I couldn't stop paying, as I wanted to keep my existing number (just like you).
#1 Tip, File a complaint with the FCC, read my story here, hopefully, it will help you.
