Worked like a charm for me too. I have a PAP2. I had a fast busy signal after my messages. I called CS and had them change the CPC duration to .5 first. I told him I might have to call back if I need to chage the CPC delay to 10. He told me not to bother calling back, he would send me an email. If I needed to make another change, just respond to the email with the changes I want.

Sure enough I did need to set the CPC delay because I was getting a dial tone after only changing the first setting. I responded to his email, he made the change and it was fixed in less than 15 minutes. Lol

I am glad this is working so well for everyone.

I worked with the tech at my Voip provider (not Vonage) to get this working, and now he has included these two settings in the global settings that are sent out by their server.

Vonage would be well advised to make this global in their config files as well. They should just default the CPC Delay to 10 seconds and the CPC duration to 0.5 seconds (500 Milliseconds.)

im just testing this by calling the Vonage line with a cell phone...

when i call the Vonage line and hang up the cell phone, i hear a couple secs of silence then a dial tone.. followed by the fast busy then the busy stops... so im my case should i just have them set the cpc delay to 10? i have the rt model...
