When I call in to tech support and the wait times are long--30minutes or more--the customer service person picks up and says Hello, but cannot hear my voice on the other end of the phone. Usually at about the 40 minute mark I hear a single ring while I'm on hold--no other signal--and then by the time the agent picks up, which might be at 50, 60+ minutes from the beginning of the call, I can hear them perfectly and they can't hear me and then hang up.
Has anyone else had this issue? I can't do anything about how long I hold, and I've tried e-mailing several times without a response from them. I was once able to get to Billing Support in about 15 minutes and they heard me.
Does anyone know an alternative way of reaching Vonage Tech Support that would get thru faster than an hour? Thanks, Jana |

Try calling on another phone line. It sounds like you're dropping the call. |

Unfortunately, I don't have another phone line. I'm trying to see if there's a way to address it with this phone, since that's the only one I've got. |

Yes, happened to me twice. I hate that after holding for 45+ minutes, THEY can't hear me!!!!!! |

It has happened to me a couple of times. 60+ minutes on hold then they say "... hello?? hello???...." and hang up. |
