Post subject: Help with ADSL Modem/router
I am using a wise.link adsl modem router with
Vonage
and haven't had any problems -- till last week. Then, it stopped working -- my ATA can't get an IP address. Does anyone know what could be wrong? I have tested my ATA elsewhere and I get a dial tone. I didn't change any settings. What should I be asking my ISP?

Try resetting your router. Sometimes the router seems to lose the IP information from the ATA.
