I have not tested this myself but have you tried putting in both addresses, separated by a comma?

I have that also, it is great. The ONLY problem I have ever had with it, is when I receive international calls and the calling party (on their Euro) must go through the bells and whistles to get through to me.

Here Verizon calls it Call Intercept, and I did like it. You give the people you know a 4 digit password and they could punch through the bells and whistles. Sure you don't have that option?

I miss that, but would settle for ACR. At least the blocked calls couldn't get through. We are on the National/New Jersey Do Not Call List, so a call should never come up without ID. It hasn't happened yet, so I guess it's working.

On the Voicemail Settings page it states the following:
Note: Please enter only one email address.

If you have the ability, set an email address alias up for the VM notification contact. That way Vonage can send the email to the alias address, and it will push the email out to as many people as you set up. That's what I am going to do once I get the service.

Just an option to consider until Vonage adds more email address lines (if they do).

I haven't personally tried this but can't you just put a ; between both email addresses? It might work as a seperator../shrug

I'd like to see the Vonage call forwarding features allow numbers outside North America. Since I use this device in a country 14 hours different than the area code FWD to my local cell phone would be very useful.

The capability of using and ATA like Sipura 3000 would also be something I think I'd find useful since this device apparently can handle PSTN pass through. Configured correctly I hope to be able to call in on a local number, jump over and get the dial tone on a Voip line. Same coming in on Voip then jumping to a pre-configured local cell phone number.

http://www.sipura.com/products/spa3000.htm

I'll try this with VoicePulse in May but I'd prefer it be on Vonage.

While many telephones offer memory storage of phone numbers in the phone itself, it would be nice to maintain a list that could be changed at anytime on the control panel. Many telcos offer this as speed dialing and use the codes *74 for 8-number lists and the code *75 for 30-number lists.[/list]

You can effectively get this now by using Click2Call (assuming you do not have any special characters in your password) and are a US based customer. See the example programs:

https://secure.click2callu.com/

and if you use Firefox, check out this extension:

http://extensions.otabi.com/

Use it on the numbers you called that are on your Dashboard.

Here's a few from me....

1.) If you purchase a new TA you should be able to swap it with the old one online.

2.) Should be able to remove numbers from your account online.

I hate calling Vonage support so the more I can get done online the better!

Great suggestions, I'd like to add one more.

Paging feature when a voicemail message has been left. If my Vonage phone could call me on another number to signal a message has been left.
I like this feature especially when I'm away from my phone most of the day.

Vonage is very receptive and eager to hear feature requests from their customers. Perhaps if we can enumerate some of them here and multiple customers ask them about offering them, many voices might work better and/or faster than one.

Some features or options that I would like to see:

Frequently called number list(s) in the dashboard. With 11-digit dialing for all numbers, it can get tedious. While many telephones offer memory storage of phone numbers in the phone itself, it would be nice to maintain a list that could be changed at anytime on the control panel. Many telcos offer this as speed dialing and use the codes *74 for 8-number lists and the code *75 for 30-number lists.

Talking call-waiting or voice announce - callers are greeted by a recording and asked to record their name. Then the call is placed, and when answered, you hear their name. You then can choose to take the call or allow it to forward to voicemail.

Multiple folders on the voicemail dashboard. Right now there's the main folder and trash. It would be nice to create different folders to sort and file voicemail messages. We can certainly do that locally on our machines, but it would be nice to keep some voicemail messages online and sorted in folders where they could be found easily from anywhere we have access to the web.

Voicemail reminder service - record a voicemail message to ourselves and configure a future date and time to deliver the voicemail reminder to our voicemail box.
