Our service is completely out (no dial tone, can't call out, no one can call in). ISP is fine, internet access is fine, rebooted the adapter a zillion times... nothing.

Every call to cust service get's me a busy signal (no matter which options I choose).

Anyone getting a similar response?

Service has been spotty at best. No Incoming calls. My connection is fine. The customer service has been busy for the last three days. Another day of this I am gone! I can not do business like this. Evil or Very Mad

Mine is out too. I was on hold for 40 mins to talk about QoS and then it went down, now I'm stuck at 4 blinks.

The service is working fine for me. I called the customer service number and got righht through. No Busys.

I get thru to the menu system, and every time i get past the last menu item, it rings slow busy. been this way since 7am. frustrating. I'm calling from Dallas.

I got lucky, been put on hold for 30 minutes and then a tech guy took my call. He told me their account database is down and that they can only call people back when it will be fixed.
