Not to sound rude, but google for what phrases exactly. I could spend all try trying to find info about someone getting low test scores at testyourvoip.com.

I get low java based testscores, but my goldenphone tests are at the top (4.4). Vonage's Speed test here says I'm great, it's just the test at testyourvoip.com that is choking.

I read your links and I can't find any direct reference to people having low scores and an isp correctable problem that they have never fixed.

I'm going to change my signature in a second to relate my pertanent info.
Mediacom HSI, Linksys Etherfast Modem and Linksys RT312P. I have no idea. My phone quality is great, goldenphone tests near perfect, but the java test doesn't score well at all. I'm just trying to benchmark my system so I have a frame of reference.

Steve M the tier two tech did as he said!

I now have phone service after 6 days.
That makes me a happy camper.

How about some problem solving?
How would someone in my situation be able to get help other than hoping someone in this forum sees it?

Remember the tech support site was and remains broken, and I had no dial tone. I have a feeling that I am not the only one who has or may have experience the same situation.

What say you all?

We realize the problems. Vonage realizes the problems. I haven't called CS in over a month, but judging from the forum posts it's getting better. I'm starting to see posts from some people who were helped relatively quickly, when a month ago the posts were "customer service line busy". Now it seems to at least be better during off peak hours. I can only hope it will progress into better service.

Good for progress! No sarcasm intended.

Nevertheless, there MUST be a different way to contact CS than through a broken link, and a wild hope that a CS will watch this thread.

That is not just common sense, it makes good business sense.

I agree. There are Vonage CS reps who participate here, but I'm unsure how much pull they have for policy changes.

I would think that email support or a java chat would be the easiest way to help multiple people. Oddly, that seems to be the avenue they ignore.
